CeCe Blue Blondpulver lightener is a dust-free powder used to lighten hair perfectly neutralizing the effect of yellow whiteness. The cosmetic allows free brightening of up to 8 tones. What's more, Blue Blondpulver is extremely gentle on the hair - it does not disturb the hair structure and does not irritate the scalp while providing maximum protection for bleached strands.

Directions for use:

Normal blonde ( brightening by 3 tones) - mix 40 g of powder = 2 flat measures + 80 ml of 6% hydrogen peroxide water.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Brightening time 30 - 40 minutes.
Then rinse the hair with warm water and wash with shampoo.

Light blonde ( brightening by 7 tones) - mix 40 g powder = 2 flat measures + 80 ml 9% hydrogen peroxide water.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Brightening time 30 - 40 minutes.
Then rinse the hair with warm water and wash with shampoo.

Very light blonde ( brightening by 8 tones and more) - mix 40 g of powder = 2 flat measures + 80 ml of 12% hydrogen peroxide water.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Brightening time 30 - 40 minutes.
Then rinse the hair with warm water and wash with shampoo.
