Directions for use: the powder is mixed (in a non-metallic vessel) with oxidant cream 6, 9 or 12% , depending on the hair type and the degree of lightening you want to achieve. Apply the resulting slurry to dry, unwashed hair. Rinse off after 15-35 minutes.
